Building Locations

We are currently building in The Crossings, located in Cicero. This was the site of the 2006 Parade of Homes. We currently have 3 lots still available. These lots are ready to go. Single story or two story homes are offered in this area. Very convenient to all that matters. Prices start at $240,000.

Our western locales are Starlight Estates, located in Camillus off Warners Road. We have one cul de sac lot available. It has a deep lot with no residence behind and could accomodate a walk out lower level. Any of our previous customers in Starlight Estates will gladly show you their home as an example of our custom appointments.

We are also building in a new development in Camillus called Shaker Heights. These custom built new homes offer single story living, some with walk-out basements. This community offers a Homeowners' Association that includes snow removal & lawn maintenance. This could be the move for you! Single story luxury living at its' best.
