Dave has been building homes for 18 years.  The Cromp family has been in the building process for over 25 years.   As new home buyers, you will know that Dave is on site everyday, truly "delivering  hands-on craftsmanship".  You will work with Dave throughout the process of building your home.  He assists you in selections and will personally complete your final walk through.   He will explain all the components of your new home and go over our extensive warranty program.
